Àṣà & Àṣọ Fabric is responsible for the personal information collected through the rep interest form on this website. This notice explains what we collect, how it is used, and the rights available to you. If you have any questions, or if you would like your details removed, please contact us at hello@asaandaso.com.
We collect only the information you provide in the rep interest form. This comprises your name, the town or city in which you are based, your WhatsApp number and your email address. If you choose to answer the optional questions, we also collect your current employment situation, your age range, and the communities in which you have connections.
Our website host additionally records the date and time of each submission, together with the IP address from which it was sent. This helps us to identify and filter spam.
We use your details to contact you about the Àṣà & Àṣọ rep opportunity and to notify you when we launch. We also review submissions collectively in order to understand where interest is strongest, which assists us in planning.
We will not sell your information, and we will not share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you provide by ticking the confirmation box on the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host, which processes the data on our instructions and may not use it for its own purposes. Netlify is based in the United States, and your information may therefore be stored outside the United Kingdom. Appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
We retain your details for up to two years from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever occurs first.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request its deletion, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent.
